Channeling and The Elements

Channeling is the process of harnessing elemental energy and “channeling” it to manifest according to the channeler’s wishes. Most Aetherians are able to channel, including some animals. 

Most channelers are classified as magical "casters" who wield "spells" or physical "warriors" who wield "manifestations." In the image above, the left is more physical and the right is more magical.

Each being in Cor Aethereus is generally born with an affinity to one, two, or even three elements (most often a primary and secondary), and a physical or magic channel to use these elements. One can be born with power to none of the elements, and one can possess a channel that is not focused specifically on physical or magic channeling.
